These terms apply when you request or use mobile detailing from Prompt Mobile Detailing, operated by ZECOMMERCE Inc. ("we," "us," and "our"), in Miami-Dade County, Florida and the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas. By requesting or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
We provide mobile car detailing at your location. The work is performed by independent professionals who work for us. Our services include interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and the other services listed on this site.
Quotes are estimates based on your vehicle's size and condition. The final price can change after we inspect the vehicle. Prices shown on this site are starting prices, not fixed prices. If the price changes after inspection, we will talk it over with you before we continue.
To do the job well, please:
Appointments are requested through the site and confirmed with you by call or text. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us reasonable notice, as early as you can. If we need to reschedule because of weather, a safety concern, or a problem on our end, we will contact you to find a new time. If we cannot reach the vehicle or work safely when we arrive, we may need to reschedule the appointment.
Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agreed on something different with you ahead of time.
Results depend on the condition of your vehicle. We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, scratch, or defect can be fully removed. We are not responsible for damage that was already on the vehicle before we started.
To the extent the law allows, ZECOMMERCE Inc. and Prompt Mobile Detailing are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
If a problem comes up, please contact us first so we can try to work it out. Any dispute is handled under the laws of the state where the service was performed, either Florida or Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that appointment.
